SECO International Multimedia Poster Submission
Announcement!! In addition to the Multimedia Poster Session, SECO 2009 will feature a Resident Case Presentation Panel moderated by Paul Ajamian, OD. SECO International's peer review committee will select 100 posters to publish during SECO 2009. posters selected for publication will be published at SECO 2008 and also published online at www.secointernational.com after SECO 2009.
- Poster Abstract Review Period - September 1, 2008-October 31,2008
- During this period, authors may submit abstract poster proposals for consideration to the Poster Peer Review Committee
- Poster Upload Period - November 1, 2008-December 31, 2008
- During this period, authors must submit final poster presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint for publication
SECO will contact authors whose posters have been selected for publication at SECO 2009. Selected authors must submit final posters for publication by December 31, 2008. All posters selected must be submitted in Microsoft PowerPoint, SECO does not accept other presentation formats.
Where do I begin?
- Authors must have an active SECO Profile account to submit poster abstracts. Your SECO Profile is a unique user account to access services available on www.secointernational.com. Click Here to create a SECO Profile if you do not have one.
- Click the CREATE button above to enter the Poster Proposal System.
- Log in to the Poster Proposal System and create a new poster. You will not be able to edit your poster abstract after the abstract is submitted.
- After submitting your poster, SECO will contact you with further instructions if your poster is selected for publication.
Helpful Tips!
- Allow e-mails from SECO, automated e-mails are targets for SPAM filters so allow e-mails from www.secointernational1.com to reach your inbox
- Keep your description concise, poster abstracts should be limited to no more than 110 words
- Exclude non-printing characters and formatted characters, such as the trademark symbol, copyright symbol, or formatted text such as bulleted outlines
