    ::Pre-register to Attend SECO 2010

    Pre-registration services are now available for SECO 2010. Included in the basic optometrist continuing education program registration is admission to 15 hours of Special Session education, admission to SECO Symposiums, access to Optometry’s Marketplace™ and admission to SECO’s social and networking events including admission to lunches within the Exhibit Hall hosted on Friday and Saturday.

    Allied ophthalmic professionals (AOP) also may pre-register to attend SECO 2010. SECO 2010 will offer 131 educational courses for Allied Ophthalmic Professionals
    (AOPs), with 88 of these courses provided at no additional charge! From basic education to hands-on workshops and certification reviews, SECO 2010 will offer AOPs the opportunity to expand their skills or simply sharpen them.

    :: Symposiums Provide SECO 2010 Attendees New Education Opportunities

    In keeping with the SECO tradition of providing Optometrists with the most innovative and new educational opportunities, SECO 2010 unveils a unique Symposium Series. SECO 2010 and its Diamond and Platinum level Partners are inviting attendees to enjoy a FREE meal while listening to well-known lecturers at FREE Symposium Series presentations highlighting information on the latest developments in optometric products and services designed to give an edge in today’s economy.  These Symposiums are FREE and available for optometrists registered to attend the continuing education program. Register to attend the Symposiums by choosing courses 300, 301, 302, or 303.

    ::Join SECO for Dinner Thursday Night

    Join SECO and Dr. Michael DePaolis Thursday night during course 104, “Contact Lens Management of the Refractive Surgery Patient,” 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Dr. DePaolis will discuss prescribing contact lenses for the refractive surgery patient. The course will address a variety of contact lens applications related to refractive surgery – as preoperative adjuncts, as preoperative devices, and in long-term visual restorations. This course is $44 and available for optometrists registered to attend the continuing education program.
