History:
65 year old white male presents for routine eye examination. IOP's 16 OD, 16 OS. Pach 588 OD, 608 OS. C/D ratio OD .35/.35 OS .25/.25. Normal neuroretinal rim tissue. Retinal thickness scan performed to evaluate macular thickness, optic nerve head topography and RNFL thickness. What's this condition? (Case submitted by John Warren, OD of Racine, Wisconsin)
