History:
This case was submitted by Trey Sullins, OD of Tennessee.

A 50 y/o lady presented with a painful recurrent erosion and was placed in a bandage lens following debridement and anterior stromal micropuncture. An antibiotic was prescribed and she was sent home. She then presented with this "ulcer".
