History:
This case was donated by Richard DeChamplain, MD and Walt Mayo, OD of Bay Microsurgical Unit, Inc. in Georgetown, SC.

A 74 y/o white female presented with reduced vision in her right eye. She had undergone cataract surgery three years prior with good results. At the time of this visit, you can see her anterior segment appearance. IOP, retinal exam, refraction, pupils, and all other aspects of her exam were normal. After evaluating her situation, it was decided that laser treatment was not appropriate.

What is this condition and how should it be managed?
