This case was donated by Mark Dunbar, OD of Bascom Palmer.

A 55 y/o Hispanic man came in for a routine exam. He reported a mild decrease in visual acuity, with the right eye having more trouble than the left. He had no significant personal or family history of systemic or ocular disease.

Best corrected vision was 20/30 in the right eye, and 20/25 in the left.

IOP was normal, 12mm Hg OD, 13mm Hg OS.
Anterior segment findings were normal.
Extraocular muscles were normal.
All other findings were normal, except...
