Based on the angiography alone, this patient can be diagnosed with Stargardt's macular dystrophy. There are two key signs that aid in this diagnosis. The first is the "quiet" choroid. Stargardt's is a lipofuscin storage disease which leads to the dark choroid during angiography. The second sign, which is not always found in these patients, is the presence of multiple punctate hyperfluorescent lesions, easily seen in this angiography.
