Governance StructureSECO International is governed by volunteers and administrative duties are carried out by employees of the organization. The Board of Trustees is comprised of elected volunteers entrusted with directing the future of the organization. Elected officers of the Executive Committee oversee the day-to-day business of the Southern Council of Optometrists between meetings of the full Board of Trustees. The House of Delegates elects the Executive Officers each year in Atlanta at the annual congress.
